You can check the status of an ITS Support Ticket by logging into the Park ITS Support Portal:

Go to or click:

In the upper right-hand corner, click login:


Enter your email address and password you set up for the Ticketing System and click login:


NOTE:  Your credentials to the Ticketing System does not necessarily have to be the same as your regular Park login.  If you can't remember your Ticketing credentials, click the forgot password link and follow the instructions.  You can also contact Help Desk to obtain them.

Once logged in, click the Tickets Tab at the top of the page.  This will give you access to all your tickets you submitted.


You can also check your email for any new updates from the Technician or Administrator and reply directly to them.  This will update your ticket and alert the Technician or Administrator.
