No, this support site is not on the same Network as MyPark, Canvas, or Academic Email. This support site is hosted by Freshdesk, a premier third-party ticketing system. Changing or resetting your password here will not change it for logging into MyPark or Canvas.
While you can certainly set up your password here to be the same as your MyPark password, it does not have to be. This is because there are folks who do not yet have a Park Account and would still need to be able to submit a trouble ticket or ask a question here.
