Getting licensing errors on your scan station when you attempt to scan an item? Ensure only one user is logged in to the computer and synchronize the scan station.
The software is designed to return the scan station license to the license pool when it hasn’t been used for a specific period of time. To have the scan station re-synchronize, double click the RSA icon and click on the synchronize now button.
