Some add-on software (plugins, toolbars, and security programs) can alter a web browser’s ability to display and interact with websites, for example not loading the website correctly or causing a time out issue.  Resetting a web browser can many times fix problems viewing a web page correctly.

Safari 7:

Click the Gear Icon in the upper right hand corner of the Safari window -or- click the “Safari” menu at the top of the screen.

On the menu click Reset Safari.  On the new box that pops up make sure all check boxes are selected and click on the Reset button at the bottom.

After it has reset your Safari, close and re-open Safari and give it another try.

NOTE:  (Safari 8 does not give an option for resetting Safari back to defaults)
