It is highly recommended that you use Google's Gmail App for use with your Park Academic Email on your phone or tablet.  Android phones will already have this app installed.  If you wish to use your phone manufacturer's proprietary email app, please call the Help Desk for assistance.  (Note: because of the large variances of propriety email apps, it is not guaranteed that Park ITS Help Desk will be able to successfully get your Academic Email installed on your phone.)

To configure your Android phone or tablet for your Park Email address, perform the following:  (Some versions may appear different)

Go to Settings, and tap on Accounts.  Once in your Accounts, tap on +Add Account

Now tap on Google

Tap on Existing

Enter your Park credentials.  This will be your ID number followed by “”.  (  Don’t forget to enter your password.  Then tap the right arrow.

Android will want to know what Google Apps you want to sync with your phone.  Select all that you like, however “Sync Gmail” needs to be selected for Gmail to work.

Your phone will now be able to send and receive your Park email.
