These are the steps for updating the campus life photos.
1.) Access Citrix Gateway
-` Go to https://citrix.park.edu (NetScaler Gateway)
2.) Log in
- Log in with your user logon name (Example wtripp@park.edu) and password (The Park ID number does not work)
3.) Complete the Verification
- Enter the verification (normally sent via text message)
4.) Select Citrix Version
- If possible, use the standard Citrix versio
- If using a Chromebook, you can use the light version
5.) Open Desktops
- Click Desktop in the top menu.
6.) Select Staff Persistent
- Click Staff Persistent (Should be only one for you)
7.) Click Open Link (if Prompted)
- If offered, click Open Link (may not appear on Chromebooks.)
8.)Wait for the Window to load
-This may take some time to appear/finish.
9.) Access the File Explorer
- Click the File Explorer to open it
10,) Map the Network Drive
- Right click This PC and choose Map Network Drive...
11.) Enter the Network Path
- Type in \\parkshare04\TempMyParkPhotos and click Finish
12.)Update pictures
- Once the drive is mapped, update the campus life pictures daily at 10 AM, Noon, and 4 PM (or more frequently if needed).
