After you log into my.park.edu, you will see the screen below, press Next
Next, a screen will appear to offer to set up multi-factor Authentication using Microsoft Authenticator app
NOTE: If not able to download the authenticator app, there will be an option at the bottom that you can choose to use another method
You will now receive real-time alerts to quickly approve your login to your accounts. If at any time you receive an alert and are not logging in at that time, please contact Help Desk at 800-927-3024 as someone else may be trying to access your account.
