Five 9 has had an update on their back end to change the process of adding a cell phone as the method of receiving calls
This is the process of adding that method:
1. Access Five 9 through web browser using this URL https://us8.five9.com/ or salesforce engage
2. Choose PSTN, Enter +1 in front of your phone number and then a space and then your ten digit phone number, and yes to connect station and it should look like this:
(NOTE: In salesfocrse, it may look slightly different but the information it is asking for should be the same)
3. Salesforce will call your cell phone, if you answer it and hear 3 beeps, you can hang up and then youll get this screen:
4. Press next and it should allow you to proceed as normal.
