To get CX10 onto your virtual desktop, You’ll basically be logging into Citrix, while already in Citrix. So once you’re logged into your virtual desktop, go to the bottom right corner of the screen where the time is, and look for the little ^ up arrow. Click it, and look for the Citrix icon, and double click to launch Citrix receiver.
If yours has never been logged in before it will probably look like this. If so, just type citrix.park.edu into the text box, and hit the add button at the bottom. Might have to use https://citrix.park.edu if the first one without it didn’t take. Usually works though.
It will then have you log in with your usual credentials and verify with MFA possibly.
You’ll then see the familiar citrix receiver apps/desktop screen within your virtual now.
Up in the top right of the window is a little settings cog. Click on it and click the option for Refresh Apps.
This will drop any available icons onto your desktop that aren’t there already. This will put the CX10 icon onto your desktop.
