The Citrix environment is available for you to use, but requires multi-factor authentication to access. Please follow these instructions to login:


  1. If you are unable to login to Citrix, please go to: and login as you normally would to MyPark. Click the Security Info tab on the left menu. 
    1. If you do not have a phone number entered, click on the "Add Method", and enter your cell phone number
    2. The "Default Sign-In Method" needs to be set to Phone - Text
    3. You should now be able to log into and receive the authentication text from Microsoft.
