To add a page in MyPark scroll down on the left hand side until you see this
and click Add A Page.
If you do not see Add A Page, you need to contact the owner of that area to give you permissions to that area of MyPark to be an admin.
It should give you something like this where you will want to give it a name and add in a control (for the first time, I suggest "Free Form Content"
and then your test page is created
If you click on the wrench icon
You will see controls which you will choose Options to add in more portlets (areas)
