If you are having trouble signing into the Support Portal Site (support.park.edu), you can click the Forgot Your Password link on the login screen:

This will send the email address you have on file for the Support Portal so you can reset your password. 

If you have not yet set up an account on the Support Portal, you can click the Sign Up link in the upper right-hand corner of the home screen (https://support.park.edu):

TIPS:

While you can use any email address, it's preferred if you use your Park Email.  Also important to note: you can use any password you want; it does not need to be your Park password.  Since your password here is not linked with Park Systems, the reset password functionality here is only for the Support Site.  If you need to reset your regular Park password, please click https://accounts.park.edu or call the Help Desk at 800-927-3024.
