What is it?
ClickShare is a wireless presentation system that can be used in the classroom with both Macs and PCs. The system is based around a single button that presents via a connection to a computers USB port.
How can the student access the resource?
In each classroom in the Academic Plaza a tray containing four ClickShare Buttons, and each Button is programmed to the classroom in which it is located. The Buttons are not universal and will not work in other classrooms.
Why would a student want to use it?
A student or students would use the Click Share to give presentations in the classroom setting. Multiple ClickShares can be used at once so that multiple presenters can share at once. ClickShare does not diminish screen resolution no matter how many screens are being transmitted and presented. ClickShare also allows you to present projects in groups or one at a time with relative ease. There are no cables to worry about and ClickShare can be installed onto a presenter’s device for future use.

How Does the Item Make a Student More Successful at Park?
ClickShare allows students to create projects to present in class without worrying how they will connect to a source to share their material. Also, multiple ClickShares can be used at once so that multiple presenters can share at once. ClickShare does not diminish screen resolution no matter how many screens are being transmitted and presented. ClickShare also allows students to present projects in groups or one at a time with relative ease.
How does this item improve the student experience?
You no longer have to worry about cables, switching presenters in the middle of a presentation, or multiple students presenting from one device. Park University provides this simple collaboration tool in the classrooms so you can focus on the quality of your work versus the technical issue that can accompany a presentation. Each student can do their piece of a presentation on a device with a USB drive and put the pieces together in the classroom without attempting to combine them all first. ClickShare doesn’t require lengthy setup that can waste precious classroom time and there is no software to download.
