By Mail:
Click https://open.park.edu/unofficialTranscriptRequest/index.html and submit the form.
This does not require you to log into MyPark.
You can also order your Official Transcript by clicking

Finally, you can order your Official Transcript thru MyPark:

| Click on Grades |  |
| Using the left navigation menu click on Transcript |  |
| Click on Proceed to Transcript |  |
