Once logged into Canvas, click the Help link in the lower left corner
When the new dialog box opens, choose Report a Problem
On the ticket, make sure to fill out all areas sufficiently and in detail. This will help get your issue resolved faster. You can also click the red link Canvas Guides to see if the issue can be resolved immediately in the Canvas Guides. Otherwise, click on Submit Ticket at the bottom.
