1. Log into your Academic Email through the MyPark webpage. Once logged into the Gmail system, click the Gear Icon in the upper right part of the screen.

2.  Now click Settings.

3.  Click the Tab at the top for Forwarding and POP/IMAP.

4.  Check to see if you have any forwarding setup. If you find forwarding on and it should not be, remove the forwarding or check that the address it is forwarding to is still valid.

5.  If there is no forwarding active, click the Filters Tab to check to make sure nothing is being filtered.
