If you are needing your Avaya Phone to be forwarded to your personal phone (cellphone or home phone), please provide the following information in an email to helpdesk@park.edu so our Administrators can help.


PLEASE NOTE:  ONLY ONE REQUEST PER EMAIL, PLEASE.  REQUESTS FOR GROUPS OR DEPARTMENTS IN A SINGLE EMAIL WILL NOT BE HONORED.



  1. Please provide a cellphone or home number that we can use when you are working from home or a remote location
  2. Are you currently using your Virtual Desktop from home?


Make sure you also include a good contact number you can be reached at when you send in your email request to helpdesk@park.edu.
