If you open google chrome and it shows a "Aw Snap" error followed by some extensions failing to load or just nothing happening and can also not do anything within the web browser, this means its corrupted. There are two ways of dealing with this issue,

1: Use a program called Revo Uninstaller to remove the program along with any registry and temp files. THIS WILL DELETE EVERYTHING. so be careful.

2: Right click on the google chrome shortcut, go to properties, and type in "-no-sandbox" without quotations.

This will open chrome with no sandbox and should allow you to go into settings. From there reset to default settings and remove corrupted extensions.

This should fix it from my experience.
