As part of the provisioning process, your Supervisor will have received your Windows Username and temporary password. Your Windows password is generally (but not always) your first initial + last name. Your password will be the same for most other Park accesses such as Employee Email, Academic Email (if applicable), MyPark, Canvas,etc. It is recommended you change your password very soon after logging in to your computer or thin client.
When logging into your computer, use your Windows username and temporary password to log in. The first time you log in your profile will be setup and can take a few extra moments. Once your desktop appears you can begin setting up the rest of your accesses at Park.
If you are logging into a Citrix Thin Client or App, you will log in using your Windows Username and password. Once logged in, you can open a Windows Desktop by clicking the Desktop Tab at the top, then selecting the desktop you would like to open. If it is the first time you are opening a desktop in Citrix, Windows will set up your profile and can take a few extra moments. Once your desktop appears you are ready to access other resources.
