Step 1: Log into myricoh.com. If you have never logged in you can click “Register new user” to set yourself up.






Step 2: Click first option on Ricoh’s toolbar “Equipment: Service & Supplies”.






Step 3: Enter equipment serial number in the “Find Equipment” box, then click it.





Step 4: Locate printer in list and click “Add”




Step 5:  Locate printer in the new list and click “Order supplies”.





Step 6:  Order toner that is needed.





Step 7: Scroll to bottom of page and click “Add to Cart”.





Step 8: Verify the Sub Total and click “Checkout”




Step 9: Follow shipping, billing, review, and confirm instruction, as needed.
