Microsoft removed MS Access from their Personal and Academic versions of Office 365. HOWEVER, it is available in the MS Imagine Premium Program for free. Here is more information on the MS Imagine Premium Program here at Park University:
How Can I Access Microsoft Imagine Premium? Do I Qualify?
Park University provides access to Microsoft's Imagine Premium program (formerly Dreamspark) to those fitting the following qualifications:
Any Undergraduate Student who is actively taking a CS or IS course.
Any Graduate Student
Any Faculty teaching a CS or IS course
Any Faculty teaching a Graduate course
You must be actively taking or teaching a qualifying course
Please note that access is provided ONLY for the duration of the semester at which you qualify; time between semesters do not qualify.
You should have received an email from Park University at the beginning of a qualifying term giving you instructions on how to log in and active your account.
Your username is the alphabetical spelling of your email address. For example, firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org
Once you have activated your account, you can log in even after your qualifying semester ends so you may re-access any software you acquired during your qualifying semesters.
Make sure you keep your Software Keys in a safe place. Park ITS does not have the means to recover lost keys.
Question: "I am currently seeking a Computer-Related undergraduate degree but not taking any CS or IS courses. Do I qualify?"

Question: "I am taking a qualifying course and it begins in a week. Why can't I access it yet?"
Answer: All access begins on the first day of the semester and ends on the last day.
