What is it?

The Identity Manager is the primary tool for Park to allow you reset or change your Park University password.


How can I access the resource?

You can access the Identity Manager by visiting https://accounts.park.edu. The first time you visit, you will be asked to setup your account, which includes selecting and answering several security challenge questions that can be used to later reset a lost password and a sitekey which serves as a second level of security to help ensure you are visiting the official Park University Identity Manager and are not accessing a fake password reset website created by hackers.


Why would I want to use it?

The Identity Manager is the primary way for you to change and reset lost passwords. It can be accessed 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, unlike the Park University Help Desk which is only available during normal business hours.


Is there a quick start/basic use guide available?

The Identity Manager is both intuitive and user friendly, but if at any time you have questions with how to use the system, you can contact the Help Desk.
