This article is intended for those who have received a Zoom account from Park University.  If you have not received an invitation from Park University to have a Zoom Host Account, please send an email to detailing your request for Zoom and providing justification for why you will need to be able to host meetings, how often you expect to be hosting meetings, etc.

You've received an email stating that we've created a Zoom account for you.  Great!  First thing to do is click the link in that invitation to verify your email address and create your password.

Next, you'll want to install the Zoom Outlook Plugin so you can setup meetings for Zoom directly from Outlook.  Please find those instructions here.  If you need instructions on how to use the Zoom Outlook Plugin, Zoom has a great video covering it in great detail here.

You're ready to start inviting people to Zoom meetings!
