If you are experiencing problems getting your monitors to respond there are a few quick steps you can take to troubleshoot:

Locate the Power Indicating Light. Examples:

If there is no light visible, try pressing the button. Did it power on?

     If not: 

  •     Ensure that the power cable on the back of the monitor is secure to the monitor and the wall
  •     Confirm that any power strip it may be attached to is powered on
