1.       For new students

    a.       If this is a new student a student must first be accepted before their email account will be created.  If you have confirmed the student was accepted and               it has been over 24 hours, please open a new work order for the Email Support Team with the students ID.


2.       For returning students

    a.       Check the [A]alternate Address screen in the “Data Entry” portion of CX to confirm the PMAL and PMID entries do not have an End Date entered in t                   them.

    b.      If there is an End Date, you will need to update the record and remove the end dates.  At which point their account will be automatically created                            overnight.  Please see the KB article on updating a student email address for more details.

    c.       If there is no End Date, please submit a new work order with the students ID number.

    d.      A member of the support staff will get back to you as quickly as possible.


3.       For new or returning adjunct faculty

    a.       Before an adjunct faculty email account is created they must first be assigned a course to teach in CX.  If you have confirmed they are scheduled to                   teach a course, please submit a new work order to the Email Support Team with the adjunct faculty member’s Park ID number.

    b.      A member of the support staff will get back to you as quickly as possible.
