Click the three-line-icon in the upper right hand corner of your Chrome window.  Then click on Settings on the menu.

This opens a Settings Tab within the window.  Scroll down to the bottom of the window and click the link for “Show Advanced Settings…”.

Scroll a little further when the additional settings appear.  Under the Privacy Section, click the Content Settings button and make sure that all options that end with “(recommended)” are selected.

Click the Done button at the bottom of the Content Settings box.  Now click the Clear Browsing Data button.

A new box will open, and make sure the following options are checked:  Browsing History, Cookies and other site and plug-in data, and Cached images and files.  Then click the Clear Browsing Data button at the bottom of the box.

Now close Google Chrome, re-open Chrome, and give it another try.
